It appears that some other program has removed a component used by HistoryKill. We recommend reinstalling the version of HistoryKill that you are running.  If you are running the latest version of HistoryKill you can download it at http://www.trustsoft.com

The Manual Solution to the problem is below:

Solution1: (manual) Windows XP

Step1: hold down Ctrl, Alt, and Delete keys to open Windows Task Manager ---> end any running applications, HistoryKill and HK PopUp Killer if you see them running in here.

Step2: remove the TABCTL32.OCX file from C:WindowsSystem32

Step3: download and unzip the attached file ---> copy the unzipped file into System32 folder from C:Windows

Step4: click Start button on lower left corner ---> choose Run ---> type in: Regsvr32 C:WindowsSystem32 tabctl32.ocx ---> click OK button.

Step5: restart the computer.
