We assume that you are running Windows 98, please try as follows:

Step1: shutdown both HistoryKill and HK PopUp Killer (right-click on both icons on lower right corner of the monitor, then choose Shutdown options) ---> say Yes to the messages.

Step2: open C drive ---> open Windows folder ---> open System folder.

Step3: download the attached file into the System folder.

Step4: use your mouse, click on the "Start" button and then click on "Run".

Step5: type the following command to register the following OCX file (one space between regsvr32 and OCX file name):

regsvr32 TRAYALERTCTL.OCX

Step6: click OK button (you should see a successful message prompted).

Step7: restart the computer.
