As long as you have any IE browser window open, cookies will download to your computer again. We suggest that you restart the computer to have HistoryKill clean the cookies. Please do as follows to setup HistoryKill Cookie Manager:
Step1: open the HistoryKill window ---> click Cookie Manager button ---> highlight the cookies on the right hand side and click on the Remove Cookie button to move cookies to the left side ---> click Save Cookie Setup button.
Step2: restart the computer to take effect.
