HistoryKill does not run on Windows Startup even if it is checked.

Your startup entry for HistoryKill may not exist or may have been removed.

To fix this:
  1.  Download the attached file hkstartup.zip.
  2. Extract the contents and Double-click the file "hkstart.reg". 
  3. When asked "Are you sure you want to add the information from this file to the registry?" Click "Yes"
  4. Restart your computer to take effect.
  5. HistoryKill should be running after you restart
