We are sorry that you are experiencing problems with your software.  We recommend the following steps.
1. Download and reinstall the software from http://www.trustsoft.com. 
2. Reboot your computer.
3. Rerun the software.
4. If you are still having the same problem.  Please contact us at http://support.trustsoft.com/knowledgebase/contact.php.  Include the exact error message you received and provide a detail explanation of how you were using the software when you received the error.
5. Also include in the message the following information:
    1. Version of Windows you are running
    2. Version of TrustSoft AntiSpyware you are running
        - find the Application Version and Signature Version in the Update Section
