If you wish to not run HistoryKill at Windows Startup, follow these steps
  1.  Download the attached file hk-donotstartup.zip.
  2. Extract the contents and Double-click the file "hk-donotstart.reg". 
  3. When asked "Are you sure you want to add the information from this file to the registry?" Click "Yes"
  4. Restart your computer to take effect.
  5. HistoryKill should not be running after you restart
