The reason My Hidden Folders isn't loaded after you reboot Windows Vista is very simple: Windows Vista doesn't allow applications to startup using Administrative privileges.
My Hidden Folders uses high technology to hide your files, therefore you must have Administrative access on Windows Vista systems only.
This can manually fix the startup issue by right-clicking the icon that says "Blocked startup programs" in the Windows Vista tray (on the task bar, next to the clock) and selecting "Run Blocked Programs" then select "My Hidden Files."
But... you will have to do this EVERY time you reboot in Vista.
To fix this problem for good, you can download a little free tool from:

Run the Startup Program Unblocker and select "My Hidden Folders" app and choose "Run as admin" and then hit close. That is it!
