History Audit does not include the VB6 run-time files in the installation file.  Most computers already have these files but if you encounter an error the first time you run History Audit it is a great possibility that you do not have the VB6 run-time files installed on your computer. 

To fix this error you may install the VB6 runtime for free from Microsoft at the following location:

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?familyid=bf9a24f9-b5c5-48f4-8edd-cdf2d29a79d5
