HistoryKill main screen will NOT save your checkboxes because it is strictly for the MANUALLY killing of your history. To save your HistoryKill Auto-Kill configuration, please go to the "Auto-Kill Setup" window by clicking on the "File" menu then selecting "Auto-Kill Setup." In this screen you can select what you want HistoryKill to automatically kill during an Auto-Kill. All checkboxes on this screen will be saved.

Please check if you have any other programs running and using the same hotkeys that HistoryKill is using. You can try to close the running programs and open each of them once at a time to see which one has a conflict with HistoryKill. Otherwise, when you close the browser, the Auto-Kill feature will run.
